How to order your custom carving

Contact us for our latest sizes and prices. We require a deposit of AUD $200 to confirm your order. Once your deposit is received we will start working on your custom design.
Design time takes 3-6 weeks depending on the design.
Carving time can take up to 4-8 weeks depending on the design.
Booking early is recommended

We will send you a simple custom design for your approval. Once you are satisfied with your design then our carver will start hand carving your custom design. Your deposit is non-refundable once your design is created and your account's remanding balance must be paid before the carving process starts.
Carving time takes 4 - 8 weeks.

We will send a photo of your completed custom carving before we safely package it for delivery. Delivery includes track and trace details and insurance for extra protection. Finally, you will need to sign for your custom carving on arrival.
All carvings come with a Certificate of Authenticity.

- Date of Birth
- Hobbies, family culture, interests
- What date you need it by (To check for availability)
- Good quality photo to add to carving (Optional)

Yes, if we have availability - Your booking is confirmed!
After you send your deposit (AUD $200) our Designer will start creating your custom design. When you are happy and have given your approval with your design, then our Carver will start the hand carving process.
Ready for Delivery
When your custom carving is completed, we will send you a photo prior to delivery. We safely package your custom carving in a box to keep it protected and include a Certificate of Authenticity. To give you peace of mind we include delivery insurance for more protection while in transit to you.
